We aim to ship all items as soon as payment is cleared. This means that items ordered and paid for by 1pm (UK time) Monday-Friday are usually dispatched on the same day.

Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday and is closed for holidays. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we will begin processing your order on the following business day.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Hermz Laboratories. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus possible shipping, handling or other charges. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. This return period constitutes fourteen days starting from the day on you have received your package.
A declaration of withdrawal from the contract can be made: In writing to the address:

All items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must diligently pack the items for return shipment so that they will not be damaged. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging with sufficient protection against shipping damage.
The customer who exercises their rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the Product to the following address: Qlink sp z o.o., ul. Parzniewska 18 bud. 2, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland.

How to return your shipment
- You have to accommodate the costs and arrangements of the returning by yourself.
- Choose the delivery service you prefer (for example, bring your parcel to your nearest post office) and send the package back to us. Please notice that the returning process is under your responsibility (insurance, fees, tracking code). The return time depends on the delivery service you have chosen.
- Before returning any articles to us please assure that you send the articles back to the same warehouse that has shipped your delivery.

We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction. The amount of your refund will be credited to the same account from which you paid for the purchase.
We will issue your refund not later than within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account statement, typically it can take up to 7 business days.
Your return will be refunded within 14 days, according to your payment method.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first buy as soon as we receive the parcel.
